Spanish Language Programs

Spanish Language Programs If you’re interested in learning Spanish while enjoying the culture of the country, consider taking one of the Spanish language programs. These programs immerse you in the language by providing classes and allowing you time to explore the city and countryside. You’ll be able to study abroad by taking classes that are geared towards your particular level of knowledge. Whether you are a beginner or already have a strong grasp of the language, you can certainly improve your Spanish language skills.

What to Expect

All the Spanish language programs are offered at various locations throughout the country. Classes are small in size to allow for personal attention during studies. Schools offer seven different levels based on your current abilities. These levels range from beginner all the way to proficient.

Courses are designed around four different books and other materials. Your progress is reviewed weekly and additional attention can be paid to areas of difficulty for students. Approximately half of the class time utilizes the course book, while the rest of the time allows for the use of supplemental materials including videos, audio recordings, and additional readings and discussions.

Study Abroad

The Spanish language programs are designed for adults who wish to enhance their foreign language skills while abroad. The classes incorporate learning about the culture of Spain by living in the city during studying. You do not need to have any previous experience or education in Spanish in order to enroll. Students attend classes on a daily basis, with time every day to allow you to explore the city and interact with locals.

While students are adults of all ages, many of them are under the age of 30. You’ll be able to meet people within your classes as well as others, such as people who provide residences for those taking courses. The length of the courses varies, depending on your specific needs. You can take private classes if you prefer to study only for a short time, or want to tailor your studies towards certain areas of need.

Top Spanish Cities

We offer Spanish language programs in a number of Spanish cities. Of course, Madrid has one of our largest programs. We have more than 50 years of experience providing Spanish language instruction.  Additionally, we offer programs in many other Spanish cities including Barcelona and others. The programs are all very similar and give you the fundamentals necessary to speak the language. As you learn the language you will be able to use it when you’re out and about in town. Speaking Spanish with locals gives you a much deeper understanding of the language and you’ll learn a lot more quickly.

The best way to learn Spanish is while you’re in Spain. You can choose the program that best suits your needs and your schedule. At the end of the course you’ll receive a certificate of completion. You can stay for just one course or for an extended time period and take several or more courses in succession.
