Programs

To service the needs of the various students, each program is personalized to the needs of the group or individual student. This approach is highly successful due to the teaching staffs extensive experience in evaluating the specific requirements of each student, and their knowledge of the different pedagogical methods.

An impressive array of teaching material has been assembled by the teaching staff, and used exclusively in their programs. This material includes:

  • Exercises and Cartoons for all levels
  • Cassettes
  • Newspaper Articles
  • Literary Texts

Group Program Group 15 hours per week. Classes take place in groups of 3 to 6 students per class for 3 hours daily. The small group setting ensures that teacher's are sensitive to the individual student's needs. Students are given an initial oral assessment test, and placed in an appropriate group so that more effective learning can be promoted. Active participation is encouraged and helps all students to speak by reflex without translating or thinking deeply beforehand. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere gives students confidence when speaking and understanding.

Tutor Program 10 hours per week. The Tutor program is a one-on-one course for full immersion in the French language. Classes are held 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
