About the NRCSA Center

The Shanghai-based ICCI has been teaching Chinese to international students for over ten years. The school's Homestudy Program aims to allow students of Mandarin Chinese to experience China first hand, to give them the opportunity to immerse themselves into the Chinese lifestyle and reach out to the Chinese people.

The school caters to the student's individual needs, offering intensive Chinese language courses from beginner to advanced levels. Numerous lectures, fieldtrips and cultural activities are also provided.

About Shanghai

Shanghai
It is said that whatever happens in China happens first inShanghai. As China's largest city and one of the largest in the world, Shanghai is a most vibrant, bustling, modern and international city, with tremendous cultural and economic opportunities. Since the early 1990s, Shanghai has been building a drive for modernization, and an explosion of economic activity has been unleashed. City planners are busy, creating a subway network, highways, flyovers and bridges, shopping malls, and hotel complexes.

Shanghai has so much to offer, it's hard to know just where to begin. You can visit the financial district, watch traditional Chinese acrobatics, listen to jazz in the famous Peace Hotel, sample delicious cuisine from around the world, stroll down the amazing Nanjing Street shopping area, see architecture of the Old Chinese City and the French Concession, take a boat trip on the Huangpu River, and learn about Chinese culture in the world renowned Shanghai Museum.
