Homestay

Homestays are the most frequently chosen lodging option for students in Playa del Carmen. Host families are carefully selected by the NRCSA and the school, and are matched with the needs expressed by each individual student during the registration process. This type of lodging provides students with the opportunities to further interact with the people of Playa del Carmen, and appreciate the beauty of the area.

Host families are located within 20 minutes walking distance of Mayan Riviera Spanish School. Homestay lodging includes a private room with breakfast and the main daily meal included in the price. The option to receive one or three meals per day is available.

Student Residence
The Residence was originally a small, very charming hotel. It has 10 double rooms, all with A/C, cable TV and private bathroom.

There is also a cafeteria where a continental breakfast is served every day for the students to enjoy.

We have friendly Staff tha operates the residence. They live on site, are very service oriented, and make sure that everything is running properly.

The Residence is located 2 blocks from the beach and 10 minute walking distance from the school. Its location is perfect, as students are only a short walk away from everything that Playa del Carmen has to offer.
