Rooms : Single room (double rooms are also possible for students traveling together). All rooms are properly equipped with a proper bed, adequate storage space, lighting, chair and desk etc.

Meal plan : Breakfast only or half board (breakfast and dinner).

Location of families : Nearly all families live within less than 30 minutes to our French language school. Approximately half of our families are in walking distance to the school.

Transfers : You will be picked up at Montpellier train station or airport upon arrival and taken back for departure. You must let us or your host family know the time of your arrival as well as flight number or train number no later than 1 week before your arrival. This service is available between 9:00 am and 10:30 pm. This service is free of charge. Arrival is possible as of 02:00 pm, earlier on request.

On arrival : Your host family will show you your room as well as the common parts of the accommodation. You will be given a key to the home and your hosts will explain you the house rules.

Student Residence

The student residences are very popular with students, who like independence and meeting other students from all around the world. You have your own studio including private bathroom and own kitchen or access to a common kitchen. You prepare your meals yourself or together with other students. You can also enjoy many reasonable priced restaurants and student bars nearby. You will have to respect the rules of the residences, but you are completely independent. Most students staying at the student residence are between 18 and 30 years old, but also some « older students » young at mind chose this option. The atmosphere is lively.

If you prefer the idea of mixing with other student, going out a lot and having independence rather than integration into a local family, you should consider this option. The demand is high and we recommend you reserve early.

Meal plan : Self catering - many shops are within a few minutes walk from the residences.

Location : 3 or 12 minutes on foot to our French language school (very rarely we use a residence which might involve a short bus or tram ride).

Transfers : You will make you own way to the residences. You will receive detailed information on how to get there by bus or tramway.

On arrival : Please do respect the arrival times or call the residence directly in advance in case of late arrival.
